” I graduated from the three year diploma in 2009. It was three life-changing years as others have already stated. The experience is a very personal one for everyone, at least for me it was. Granted there are general experiences we all can relate to and share, the experience one has at the Academy versus that of someone else can differ quite a lot. I think this mainly has to do with the fact that when you attend the Academy you are encountering the Truth, you encounter Christ. Encounters with Christ are usually hugely personal. Everyone with their own distinct personality, individuality, and previous formation, encounters Christ here at the Academy. That is what means I can have a small piece of the Academy unique to me and of my own which no one else has. I met with Truth and this meeting stays with me. All of those mind broadening moments in the classroom where things became undoubtedly clear stay with me to this day and cannot be erased. The Academy is not just another school. Oftentimes it was the conversations had with friends outside of school that showed me the truth or the example of teachers by their life and not their words or teaching. I will treasure my piece of the Academy with all the memories and aha moments that constantly urge me on to seek the Truth always throughout my life.
